Overview
The Department of Dermatology Venereology and Leprosy is an integral part of Shri B M Patil Medical College Hospital and Research Center since its inception in 1986. The department offers UG (MBBS), PG (MD-DVL, 5 seats/year) and Fellowship in Pediatric Dermatology (2 seats/year) academic programmes.
We envision to be nationally recognized leaders in Dermatology and Cutaneous Sciences to the benefit of individuals and communities of Vijaypur and beyond.

In particular, we are focused on Pediatric Dermatology, Critical Care Dermatology and Dermoscopy and wish to bring scientific results from the bench to the bedside.
