NMC Webinar on Mental Health and Wellbeing of PG Medical Students

In accordance with the National Medical Commission (NMC) guidelines, BLDE (Deemed to be University) organized a webinar on “Mental Health and Wellbeing of PG Medical Students” on 27 May 2026 at 11:00 AM. The webinar was conducted at the Medical Education Unit and Seminar Hall of the Department of Surgery.

The program witnessed the participation of 162 attendees, including the Principal, Vice Principals, Medical Superintendent, Nodal Officer, members of the Psychosocial Counselling Committee, Anti-Ragging Committee, and Anti-Ragging Squad. The webinar highlighted the importance of mental health awareness, emotional resilience, stress management, and the creation of a supportive academic environment for postgraduate medical students.
