BLDE (Deemed to be University) Excels at 12th Nitte Accolades: Runner-up Position in Medical & Dental Inter-Collegiate Sports Tournament
Twenty students from BLDE (Deemed to be University) participated in the K.S Hegde Medical Academy, Deralakatte, Mangalore, during the '12th Nitte Accolades,' a South India-level Medical & Dental Intercollegiate Sports Tournament held from March 28th to March 31st, 2024. The badminton team of BLDE (Deemed to be University) secured the runner-up position. The team consisted of Thanushree Patil, Brindha C. N, and Subhaga P. N. Prof. Y. M. Jayaraj, Honorable Pro-Chancellor of BLDE(DU); Prof. Dr. R. S. Mudhol, Honorable Vice-Chancellor of BLDE(DU); Dr. Arun Inamdar, Pro Vice-Chancellor; Dr. R.V Kulkarni, Registrar; Dr. Aravind V. Patil, Dean, Faculty of Medicine and Principal; Dr. Girish Kullolli, Vice-Chairman of the Department of Sports; and Dr. Mahadevi Wali, Assistant Director of the Department of Sports, consistently encouraged and motivated the students in pursuing their passion.
